Rea (King) Warrecker graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in the spring of 2007 with a degree in Business Economics and minor in Professional Writing, Business Communication emphasis.

As a ten-year Santa Barbara resident, Ms. Warrecker has several affiliations within the community, including a seat on the board of directors for BUNS (Bunnies Urgently Needing Shelter), a nonprofit animal welfare group dedicated to providing shelter and adoption services for abandoned rabbits.

She is also a member of the Santa Barbara League of Women Voters and the Society for Technical Communication. In 2004, Rea joined The Carey Group, Inc., a local architectural firm specializing in land development and property management. Upon graduation, Ms. Warrecker accepted a full time position with the company, where she specializes in public relations and property management.
